These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and b77bet (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the b77bet website, mobile interface and all associated services available at b77bet.cam (collectively, the "Services").

b77bet is an online sports betting and casino entertainment platform. It is not licensed or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani financial institution. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Services is lawful under applicable local laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 of Pakistan.

By registering an account, accessing the website or placing any wager or bet through b77bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Access to and use of the Services is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is effected by any of the following actions:

• Completing and submitting the b77bet registration form;
• Logging into an existing b77bet Account;
• Placing any Wager through the Services; or
• Accessing or browsing any portion of the b77bet website or mobile interface.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Services following any amendment to these Terms (as notified in accordance with Section 16) constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with b77bet, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your use of the Services:

4. Single account: You must not already hold an existing Account with b77bet. Only one Account per individual, household, IP address and device is permitted.
5. No prior suspension: You must not have previously had an Account suspended or terminated by b77bet for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
6. Accuracy of information: All registration information provided must be true, accurate, current and complete to the best of your knowledge.

To access the Services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate and complete information as requested on the registration form. You agree to:

• Provide your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other information required during registration;
• Keep your registration information up to date at all times by notifying b77bet of any changes via the account settings or support channels;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your Account;
• Notify b77bet immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of security.

5.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. b77bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. b77bet will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.

5.2 Account Currency

Accounts may be denominated in the currency selected at registration. Where Pakistani Rupees (PKR) are offered as a display currency, applicable exchange rates and processing conditions will be set out in the cashier. b77bet does not guarantee the availability of PKR as a base currency at all times.

b77bet is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we may require Users to complete identity verification ("KYC") at any point, including but not limited to:

• Upon registration or initial login;
• Prior to processing any withdrawal request;
• Where the cumulative value of deposits or withdrawals exceeds specified thresholds;
• Where b77bet has reason to suspect fraud, money laundering or any other illicit activity; or
• At any time at b77bet's reasonable discretion.

6.1 Required Documentation

Verification documents may include, but are not limited to: a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., CNIC, passport), proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Documents must be clear, unaltered and in the name of the Account holder.

6.2 Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawals, restriction of betting activity or closure of the Account. b77bet reserves the right to withhold Winnings pending successful verification.

All financial transactions on the b77bet platform are subject to the conditions set out in this section and any supplementary terms displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction.

7.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to the User's Account following confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified in the cashier and may vary by payment method. b77bet references familiar payment channels used by Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references only. These references do not constitute endorsement, affiliation or a guarantee of availability. Users must verify supported deposit methods in the cashier before initiating a transaction.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Processing times vary by method. b77bet reserves the right to request additional verification before releasing funds. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit or to a verified method in the Account holder's name.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the cashier. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply on a per-transaction, daily or monthly basis. Users with VIP status may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as notified in their account settings.

7.4 Refused Transactions

b77bet reserves the right to decline, reverse or void any deposit or withdrawal transaction where fraud, money laundering, system error or other irregularity is suspected. In such cases, affected funds will be held pending investigation.

b77bet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, deposit matches and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible Users only and may be restricted by jurisdiction, account status or payment method;
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, minimum odds and contributing game percentages are specified in the individual promotion terms;
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the time limit specified in the promotion. Uncompleted bonuses will expire at the end of the promotional period;
• b77bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where fraud or abuse is detected.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

b77bet employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, structured low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and use of arbitrage strategies in conjunction with bonus funds. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated Winnings forfeited and may be suspended or permanently closed.

All bets placed through b77bet are subject to the general and sport-specific betting rules set out on the platform. The following general principles apply to all Wagers:

• A bet is accepted only when a bet confirmation reference number is issued by the system. Verbal, written or implied acceptance by b77bet staff does not constitute a binding bet;
• Palpable errors (i.e., manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a human or system error) may be voided by b77bet at its sole discretion, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled;
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live odds availability. Network latency, system delays or connectivity issues on the User's side do not entitle the User to claim a bet at a previous odds value;
• b77bet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at any time and without notice;
• Winnings from voided bets will be returned as a stake refund to the User's Account balance.

9.1 Cricket & PSL Markets

Pakistan cricket and PSL T20 markets are among the most actively traded on b77bet. Specific settlement rules for cricket markets — including rain interruptions, DLS method application, match abandonment and over-reduction scenarios — are published in the sport-specific rules section of the platform. Users are encouraged to review these rules before placing bets on live matches.

Users of b77bet are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in registering an Account that would circumvent a suspension or ban;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the platform or manipulate game outcomes;
• Colluding with other Users, game operators or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform — any such exploits must be reported to b77bet immediately;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection or using the platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute or sell any part of the b77bet platform or its content;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform on behalf of another person without disclosure, or operating a syndicate through a personal Account.

b77bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account engaged in prohibited conduct and to withhold any funds associated with such activity pending investigation.

All content on the b77bet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of b77bet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the platform without the express written consent of b77bet;
• Use any b77bet trademark, logo or brand identifier without prior written authorisation;
• Frame or mirror any b77bet page on another website without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b77bet excludes all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Services;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses;
• Interruptions to the platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, network outages or events beyond b77bet's reasonable control;
• The accuracy, timeliness or completeness of odds, results or statistical data displayed on the platform;
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit b77bet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

b77bet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling across its platform. The following player protection tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps via account settings;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a defined period of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform at any time by contacting our support team.

• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 10;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• At the User's own request, including self-exclusion.

14.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard verification procedures. Bonus funds that have not been converted to withdrawable cash through satisfaction of wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

14.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination or closure of an Account, your licence to use the Services is immediately revoked. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of lawful closure will be returned to you via a verified payment method, subject to satisfaction of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b77bet holds its operating licence. b77bet does not represent that this jurisdiction is Pakistan or any other specific territory.

15.1 Dispute Resolution Procedure

In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to contact b77bet's support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, either party may escalate the dispute in accordance with the formal complaints procedure described in the platform's support documentation.

15.2 No Waiver

b77bet's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it in the future.

b77bet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, b77bet will provide notice via one or more of the following channels: a prominent notice on the platform, an email to the address registered on your Account, or an in-account notification.

The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
